(We managed to keep Neil’s appearance a secret, which is almost impossible on the Internet, thanks to his brilliant subterfuge, including tweeting Maureen that he wished he’d gone to Carnegie Hall while he was in fact backstage.) What an amazing night. I’ll have more to say later when I can think straight.
